The comprehensive range includes one-piece 90º and 135º elbows suitable for use with rubber, thermoplastic, P.T.F.E. and flexible metalic hoses. Options include thread, flange and welding terminations. In addition, Custom Fittings claims to have the widest stock range of DNV type approved JIC tube fittings available anywhere. All standard production and stock is in 316 stainless steel, but catalogue and special parts can be manfactured to customer specification in other high grade materials such as Monel, titanium and Iconel.

At our factory in West Yorkshire, UK, we manufacture and stock hose-end fittings, adaptors, SAE J514 JIC tube fittings, and high and low pressure pipe fittings, in 316-1.4571 stainless steel.
Imperial, metric, and flange terminations to suit SAE 10OR1 to SAE 10OR13 rubber and thermoplastic, PTFE, and flexible metallic hose styles, are manufactured in our computer controlled CNC machine facility - approved to BS 5750 Part 2 - ISO 9002.
We maintain high stock levels of raw materials and finished parts, to ensure fast delivery. We are well situated for all transport systems, and urgent orders for stock parts can be despatched within an hour.
